Tower23 Hotel

Tower23 Hotel is San Diego’s only luxury, lifestyle hotel on the beach and one of California’s most stylish and contemporary urban resorts. Tower23 Hotel derives its name from lifeguard tower 23 positioned on Pacific Beach near the hotel, and creates a cool haven to enjoy one of America’s best cities. Neo-modernist in approach, Tower23 Hotel is a refreshingly minimalist but playful, creative study for the urban beach resort.

Bold, white hot and linear, natural and unfiltered, Tower23 Hotel is a translucent, exquisitely crafted glass box that is at once energetic, a clean, contemporary celebration of the elements, as nature’s light dances on layers of glass by day, which then serves to provide a setting that evokes a dramatic “theater of light” from within by night.

JRDN is a new kind of oceanfront dining experience in San Diego located inside of Tower23 Hotel. A contemporary steak and seafood restaurant, JRDN features casually sophisticated California fresh cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.

Each evening, the dramatic setting sun, for which Pacific Beach is famous, is celebrated by an ambient reflection on a 70-foot long “wave wall” at the back of the restaurant. Color-changing lighting continues this theatrical effect throughout the evening.

The rooms and suites at The Padre Hotel offer fresh design schemes, high-end amenities, and teak furnishings creating the perfect balance between style and substance.
